Upgrade a standard HVAC register with a modern air vent cover designed for a clean, architectural look. This 10x6 inch matte white CASA Series 3-slot linear diffuser combines durable aluminum construction, adjustable airflow and a low-profile design for residential wall and ceiling applications.
Designed as a retrofit solution for common vent openings, the CASA Series offers the appearance of an architectural linear diffuser without requiring the extensive modifications typically associated with built-in linear air distribution systems. Three precision-engineered 25 mm (1") slots with 180° adjustable blades provide flexible two-way airflow control, while integrated weather stripping helps create a clean seal around the installation.
For optimal fit, appearance and airflow, professional installation is recommended.
- Designed for Standard Vent Openings: The 10x6 CASA Series 3-slot linear diffuser provides a straightforward way to replace conventional HVAC registers with a modern air vent cover. Please refer to the dimensional diagram to confirm the required opening and overall face dimensions.

- Three 25 mm High-Flow Openings: The three wider 25 mm (1") slots provide greater open area for airflow than our 19 mm slot configuration while maintaining the distinctive linear diffuser profile.
- Adjustable Two-Way Airflow: Internal 180° adjustable blades allow air to be directed in either direction to suit the room and installation.
- Integrated Weather Stripping: A factory-applied foam gasket helps reduce air leakage around the perimeter and helps prevent dust-related smudging around walls and ceilings.
- Architectural-Grade Aluminum: Manufactured from 6063-T5 extruded aluminum with reinforced construction to resist bending and cracking during installation and everyday use.
- Durable Matte White Finish: The powder-coated surface provides a smooth, durable finish with resistance to corrosion and everyday wear.
- Clean, Concealed Installation: Designed to allow fastening through the inner surfaces of the diffuser, keeping screws off the visible face for a clean, finished appearance. Mounting locations are determined by the installer based on site conditions. Mounting holes are not predrilled, and fasteners are not included, as the appropriate fastener type depends on the installation surface.

We moved to a house with the cheapest builders-grade cold air return grates/grilles/registers. The layout of the house put them in very visible locations. While looking for an upgrade, I discovered the insanely high prices for something better looking. Then I put the words “diffuser” and “Canada” in my search. Linear Air Diffusers had exactly what I wanted! Well made, high quality, adjustable grilles. An exceptional value, I immediately ordered three. (Yes they work as intakes too). Perfect fit for the 10x16 openings. Installed with Velcro for a screwless custom look. Adjustable vanes helped with furnace noise in one of the bedrooms. Couldn’t be happier.
