Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy on our standard products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note customized product orders and final sale items are not eligible for exchange or refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@linearairdiffusers.com. If your return is accepted, please mail your package in a prepaid and traceable method. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return. Please keep the tracking information until your return has been processed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
To ensure legitimate claims and protect against shipping damage that occurs before delivery:
- Customers must report any damage or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
- Before opening the package, customers must provide clear photos of the unopened shipping box, showing all sides and any visible damage.
- After opening, customers must provide photos of the damaged product(s) showing the full item(s) separate from all packaging.
Claims may be denied if:
- Provided evidence is incomplete or inconsistent with transit damage,
- The packaging was opened prior to submitting photos of the external carton.
This ensures we can work quickly to resolve genuine issues while maintaining the integrity of our return process.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
All plenums, fittings, custom-sized products, and any products manufactured to customer specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable. Final sale items are also not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Exchanges
For standard stock products eligible for return, the fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original product in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for the desired item once the return has been approved.
All plenums, fittings, custom-sized products, and any products manufactured to customer specifications are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Customers are responsible for verifying all dimensions, specifications, and order details before placing an order. Once production has commenced, orders for custom-made products cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged.
Exchanges are only available for eligible standard stock products and are subject to product availability.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less the original shipping paid and any applicable restocking fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
