Shipping policy

Linear Air Diffusers.com ("we" and "us") is the operator of (www.linearairdiffusers.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

 

1. General

    Our products are subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

      2.2 Shipping Rates

      Canada Shipping

      Shipping will be calculated before checkout based on dimensions, weight, and location. Shipments within Canada will be shipped with Canada Post.

      In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 10 business days.

      Please contact us if you need the products sooner as we can accommodate various shipping speeds. Extra shipping fees will apply to express delivery services.

      Local pickup from our Burnaby store is available as well. Please kindly wait for our pickup notification via email prior to coming by. Pick up orders will be ready within two business days. Please call ahead for same day pick up as we may be able to accommodate.   

      USA Shipping

      Shipping to the United States will be based on the dimensions, weight, and destination of the order. The shipping will be calculated and displayed in your cart prior to checkout.  We use the following couriers for our USA orders: FedEx, UPS, and the USPS. The courier we choose will be dependent on the dimensions and destinations. Delivery times for USA orders vary based on destination, carrier operations, and customs processing after dispatch.

      Delivery times for cross-border shipments from Canada to the United States are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary due to customs clearance and processing delays, which are outside of our and the courier’s control.

       

       

      2.3 Import Duties / Brokerage fees / Tracking Numbers

      We reserve the right to make the final determination regarding order fulfillment. If the customer’s delivery address requires import tariffs, duties, and brokerage fees, we may request payment for these charges within 3 days of order notification. If the customer does not respond or provide payment within this timeframe, and no communication is received, the order will be automatically cancelled. A full refund will be issued in your original payment method.

      It is the receiver's responsibility to pay all applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon import. If the receiver fails to pay these fees, denies the shipment, or refuses delivery, any charges we incur for the return shipping and re-import of the package back to Canada will be deducted from the customer's refund. If the abandoned package is held or destroyed by customs authorities in the destination country, a refund will not be issued, as the successful delivery of the package is the responsibility of the receiver once it has reached the border.

      Any duties, taxes, or tariffs paid by the customer are non-refundable, as these fees are charged by the destination country's government and are outside of our control.

      A tracking number will be provided with every order once the items have been dispatched. Please note that LinearAirDiffusers.com will not be responsible for any duties and taxes charged by the United States.

      3. Delivery Terms

         

        3.1 Dispatch Time

        Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

         

        3.2 Items Out Of Stock

        If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

         

        4. Tracking Notifications

          Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

           

          5. Parcels Damaged In Transit

            If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
