Due to the additional customs, import, documentation, and shipping requirements associated with cross-border transactions, international orders are handled through our International Sales Request process rather than standard online checkout.

This allows our team to review your product requirements, quantities, destination, and applicable import considerations before providing a quotation.

How International Ordering Works

1. Submit an International Sales Request

Provide your company information, shipping destination, products, sizes, quantities, and any relevant project requirements.

2. Request Review

Our team will review your request based on product availability, order requirements, destination, and applicable export considerations.

Not all products or orders may be available for international sale to every destination.

3. Receive a Quotation

If we are able to accommodate your request, we will provide a quotation outlining product pricing, shipping arrangements, applicable terms, and other relevant order information.

Quotations are valid for the period specified and are subject to the terms stated in the quotation.

4. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

Once your quotation is accepted and payment requirements are completed, your order will be prepared according to the shipping and fulfillment arrangements specified in your quotation.

International transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier schedules, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control.

Customs, Duties, Taxes & Import Requirements

International purchasers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements applicable in their destination country.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in your quotation, customs duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, import charges, and other destination-country fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in product or shipping prices.

Depending on the destination, the purchaser may also be required to provide importer information, tax identification, customs documentation, or other information requested by the carrier, customs broker, or applicable authorities.

Any duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, or other import-related costs paid to carriers, brokers, customs authorities, or government agencies are non-refundable.

Product Specifications & Order Confirmation

International customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product specifications and order details before confirming an order, including product models, dimensions, finishes, quantities, accessories, custom specifications, and shipping information.

Custom-manufactured products are made according to the specifications approved at the time of order and are final sale.

International Returns

International orders are subject to additional return conditions due to customs, shipping, and import requirements.

Eligible standard products must meet the return requirements stated in our Return Policy. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, and other import-related costs are non-refundable. Customers are also responsible for return shipping and any applicable costs associated with returning products to Flo-Matrix HVAC.

Custom-manufactured products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
